Cox could not help since it is a third party involved which is Windows. I cant locate the box to change the numbers. I followed procedure from Cox and only the box to click SSL on or off is shown but I have to change port fields on both incoming and outgoing. When I try to download anything, a logon box keeps asking me for my username and password. Cox communications has just changed to SSL with new port numbers.
